Graphene Coating

Graphene Coating

Stronger, smoother, and built to last – that’s the power of graphene.

Graphene coating is an advanced surface protection technology derived from graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice. It represents a newer generation of coatings beyond traditional ceramic coatings by leveraging the exceptional properties of graphene for automotive, marine, and industrial applications.

Graphene is one of the strongest materials known to man—yet it’s incredibly lightweight and flexible. These properties make it an excellent choice for car coatings, offering superior protection against scratches, chips, and other types of damage.

STEPS OF GRAPHENE COATING

1

Thorough Wash

  • Clean the vehicle using a pH-neutral shampoo to remove all dirt and grime.
2

Decontamination

  • Use an iron remover and clay bar to eliminate bonded contaminants.
3

Paint Correction

  • Polish the paint to remove swirls, oxidation, and minor scratches for a flawless finish.
4

Surface Prep

  • Wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or a panel wipe to remove oils and residues.
5

Apply Graphene Coating

  • Apply a few drops onto an applicator pad.

  • Work in small sections (2×2 ft), spreading evenly in a crosshatch pattern.

6

Level or Buff the Excess

  • Let the coating flash (usually a few minutes), then buff off with a clean microfiber towel.
7

Curing Time

  • Avoid water or moisture for at least 24 hours.

  • Full curing may take 5–7 days depending on the product.

Benefits

One of the main advantages of Graphene Coating.

  • 1
    Higher durability and heat resistance.
  • 2
Better anti-static properties (repels dust better).
  • 3
Reduced water spotting compared to ceramic.
  • 4
Can last 3 to 7 years.
  • 5
    Greater Flexibility:
